- about 4 hours agoWe are currently working with a leading operator in lifestyle which has a significant presence in the APAC region to help bring in a real estate expansion leader to augment their existing team in view of their increasing need to grow their existing market share in Singapore. If you are successful in this role, you will be part of an exciting team with a strong, open culture, and the desire to grow aggressively in Singapore and potentially in the region. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Building meaningful relationships with commercial landlords, developers, and government agencies
- Identifying and recommending sites that align with the company's vision and requirements; conducting detailed feasibility studies and due diligence to evaluate potential sites
- Leading negotiations for favorable terms on behalf of the company
- Coordinating with various support departments (including Data, Finance, Construction, IT, Legal, and Retail) to move projects forward until store opening; assisting with post-opening activities as needed; and continuously reviewing and optimizing the company's real estate portfolio by identifying leads, negotiating better terms, or taking corrective actions such as closures or relocations.
- You will also have the opportunity to lead the development of new business models, formats, and solutions.

**Key Requirements**:

- To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in project management in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Has excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and P&L, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
