Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analytical and microbiological testing, method validation, and equipment calibration according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review and approve test results, manage laboratory documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead laboratory investigations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Write, review, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality documentation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, equipment validation, and safety initiatives while ensuring laboratory readiness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and laboratory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and laboratory instrumentation; familiarity with Empower and SAP is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership, effective problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work in teams and independently manage projects and investigations.
  • Experience in method validation, equipment qualification, and technical training.
