Talent Acquisition Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end internship process, providing recruitment support, and maintaining HR datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internship Administration – Manage all aspects of internships, including document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Data & Records Management – Review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Career Fairs & Outreach – Provide logistical support for career fairs and other outreach initiatives.
  • HR Admin Support – Cover HR Business Partnership matters, including employee file maintenance, record updates, and related administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in HR Management (or relevant HR experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR admin, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; knowledge of RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Only Singaporeans.
