Media Engagement Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of media engagements for our flagship annual disclosure exercise. This internship offers hands-on experience in primary message as well as narrative development to facilitate media outreach, stakeholder engagement across high-profile, multi-channel communication campaigns and project management.

  • Assist in drafting and editing materials for media engagement including presentation decks, press releases, Q&A documents, ensuring alignment with messaging.
  • Compile and prepare supplementary materials including biographies, fact sheets and other media kit collaterals.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of key messages for our multi-channel communications campaign
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for media training and rehearsals with spokespeople and media trainers
  • Disseminate training materials, including scripts and presentation decks
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior internship experience(s) at a public relations agency or an organisation's Corporate Communications/ Marketing/ Public Affairs department will also be considered a strong plus
  • Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months, preferably from February till July while retaining enrolment with recognised university by the end of the internship
