A key role in our organisation is available. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of knowledge management initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.

The job holder will manage classified records, integrate digital readiness into recordkeeping practices, and refine KM platforms to enhance usability and appeal. They will also review and operationalise relevant information management systems, train users, and improve collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will have project management skills, knowledge of knowledge management best practices, and experience in stakeholder engagement and outreach. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be an important member of the Corporate Resources team, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

Job Description
  • Manage classified records and ensure they are properly cataloged and preserved.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives to enhance organisational capabilities.
  • Refine KM platforms to make them more user-friendly and accessible.
  • Review and operationalise relevant IMs to ensure they meet organisational needs.
  • Train users on new systems and processes.
