We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining Pipe and Structural Systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, setting specifications, laying out plans for fabrication and installation, and inspecting sites for construction operations.

  • Review blueprints to understand requirements
  • Set and modify specifications
  • Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations
  • Maintain proficiency in gas cutting and welding (Basic welding)
  • Conduct fit-up inspections
  • Participate in on-site work experience
  • Use and maintain tools
  • Collaborate with other workers to produce finished constructions
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective equipment (e.g. goggles)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role
  • Familiarity with health and safety guidelines when handling hazardous equipment or materials
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills

Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
