Job Title: Senior Structural Engineering Lead
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineering Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the structural engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of complex offshore oil and gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the structural engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of offshore oil and gas projects.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
