Bridge Construction Specialist


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bridge Construction Specialist. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of bridge segments using precast concrete.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in precasting box/crosshead segments and a strong understanding of the balanced cantilever method. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and safely.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively coordinate with our consultant, precaster, launching specialist, and construction team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in precasting box/crosshead segments.
  • Strong knowledge of the balanced cantilever method and geometry control.
  • Familiarity with 3D AutoCAD software.
  • Ability to review and manage shop drawings of precast segments and insert items.
  • Experience in both design and production is highly desirable.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong passion for your work.
