Job Title: Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the overall management of construction activities and progress.

  • Plan, organize, and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Lead a team of professionals and supervise work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
