Job Title

  As a key member of the organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. This role requires a strong blend of technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Developing expertise in advanced analytics techniques and business intelligence tools is essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units.
Technical Requirements
  • Develop and implement advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Metabase, following industry best practices.
  • Plan and develop data product features independently, with minimal direction from senior team members.
  • Use advanced analytical techniques to quantify end-to-end customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior patterns, conversion funnels, and customer segmentation to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define complex business problems from both technical and analytical perspectives.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive business intelligence solutions, including interactive dashboards and automated reports.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting solutions that deliver consistent, timely insights.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies independently, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Data Communication & Presentation
  • Effectively communicate and storytell results to stakeholders, driving understanding and action.
  • Create proactive business insights and share actionable recommendations that influence strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units, fostering a collaborative environment.
Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for specific markets, organizing data-related project pipelines.
  • Coordinate with data engineering, development, and product teams to define data requirements.
  • Ensure and govern data quality across datasets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex data quality issues, identifying root causes and scalable solutions.
GenAI & ML Experience
  • Proven expertise in Machine Learning & ML-Ops is highly valued.
  • Experience working with LLM implementation and quality management is strongly preferred.
  • AWS Bedrock hands-on experience and/or similar experience is a significant asset.
