About the Role:

This position will play a moderate role in driving the growth and profitability of the organization's Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practice. Key responsibilities include medium- to large-size project management, market and product research, sales strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

  • Drive revenue growth of allocated industry sectors and/or surveys through effective business development and execution.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Leverage expertise in technical and consulting skills to deliver quality outcomes that meet client requirements in a timely manner.
