Business Intelligence Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics department, you will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing reports and integrations between enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other business applications to ensure optimum operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
• Analyze and maintain ERP systems to identify potential loopholes and areas for improvement
• Design and implement reports to provide insights into business operations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate data warehouse projects and system reports
• Develop and maintain system rules to ensure data integrity
• Manage external service providers and suppliers to ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fintech, marketing or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL language and Power BI tools
• Experience creating reports using MS Cloud-based ERP systems such as D365 F&O
• Familiarity with Chinese is advantageous but not required
