Project Leadership Expert

A seasoned Construction Manager is required to oversee the execution of projects from site preparation to construction and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Evaluate contractual claims as the Contract Administrator for projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in residence building development or commercial building in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
