Project Leadership Expert

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the successful execution of residential, factory, office, and warehouse projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze project specifications and develop comprehensive master schedules and site facilities layouts to ensure alignment with contractual timelines.
    • Strategically plan budgets, quality standards, and manpower allocation to meet financial and contractual requirements.
    • Lead project teams in engaging with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality work that meets required standards.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments on matters such as budget approvals, safety management systems, and ISO documentation compliance.
    • Define roles and responsibilities for project staff, clearly communicating project goals and company policies.
    • Collaborate with Workplace Safety and Health Officers to establish frameworks ensuring site compliance with statutory regulations.
    • Continuously monitor team performance, offering mentorship and identifying training opportunities.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 15 years of local experience managing residential, factory, office, or warehouse projects, with at least one project served in the capacity of Project Manager.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
