Accounts and Receivables Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Accounts and Receivables Coordinator to join our team at KYOCERA DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
This role will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Accounts and AR functions, including invoicing, credit control, and cash receipt processing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Credit Control: Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payment.
- Cash Receipt Processing: Process cash receipts and ensure accurate recording of payments.
- AR Functionality: Coordinate the AR function, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements
- Meticulous and Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- NITEC/Diploma or 1 Year Experience: Possess a NITEC diploma or equivalent qualification, or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
