Key Responsibilities- Act as the main legal advisor for our office, handling trust-related tasks, including drafting and negotiating trust deeds, wills, and fiduciary documents.
- Manage legal risks in trust administration, succession planning, and cross-border regulations.
- Serve as the liaison for internal teams (business units, compliance) and external partners (regulators, advisors).
- Assist the Group General Counsel with corporate governance and commercial matters.
- Licensed attorney in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
- Experience in a reputable trust company, family office, or law firm serving high-net-worth clients.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
