Job Overview

The Learning Experience Team Lead role presents a compelling opportunity for an experienced professional to partner with our in-house Talent Management team. This dynamic position involves designing and delivering training interventions that meet business-related needs in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Leads to address Learning needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Form partnerships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to execute impactful learning initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver programs as part of our core curriculum, as well as bespoke business projects.
  • Source and manage vendors, working closely with the regional Talent coordinator and Shared Services team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Learning & Development, or Talent Management, or HR.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing learning content.
  • Experience in facilitation and delivery of learning interventions, in person and online.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
