As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating and conducting enrichment programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.

You will utilize innovative teaching methods to foster active learning, curiosity, and creativity in students. This includes designing engaging lesson plans, utilizing relevant resources, and tracking student progress.

We are looking for a candidate who can

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and development

In addition to your role as a Learning Experience Designer, you will also be expected to mentor and guide staff members to ensure quality program delivery.

  • Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards

This position requires a strong understanding of child development and active learning methodologies, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Suggest improvements to existing enrichment curriculum

Please note that this role may require working independently from home or resolving classroom challenges on-site, depending on the specific needs of the program.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates with a minimum O Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
