Therapy Support Role

About this position:

This is a full-time role as a Therapy Assistant at a leading provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. You will play a crucial part in supporting our team of qualified physiotherapists in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Working hours will be 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturdays.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing appointments and billing
  • Tracking patient statistics
  • Supporting physiotherapists with patient treatment and therapy sessions
  • Providing one-on-one support to patients, guiding them through rehabilitation exercises and activities
  • Preparing therapy equipment and setting up treatment areas
  • Contributing to a positive and patient-centred environment
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy clinic

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting, preferably as a therapy assistant or in a related role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
  • Basic social media and excel skills A passion for supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey
