Business Process Analyst
Responsibilities:- Actively involved in delivering and implementing strategic initiatives and business enhancements requested by stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with the business to understand processes and document rules and enhancements needed.
- Prepare and review comprehensive business requirements that meet stakeholder needs, considering future needs and changing business requirements.
- Evaluate alternative high-level solutions with IT and make appropriate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct/review UAT and responsible for UAT sign off.
- Collaborate and prioritize changes with stakeholders and other key stakeholders if there are gaps in business requirements, ensuring agreed launch timelines are not impacted.
- Contribute to overall project planning/re-planning of the timeline and resources, effective monitoring of project status and plans.
- Provide guidance to solution analysts and support specialists.
- Prepare/review training materials.
- Actively seek continuous improvements in area of expertise so as to remain relevant to the business.
- Degree holder in business or related discipline.
- Candidates with at least 5 to 7 years working experience in life insurance operations and knowledge in both operational and system areas are preferred.
- Integral life background.
- Experience in UAT.
- Able to make decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment to achieve results.
- Able and willing to be hands-on.
