Excellence in luxury hospitality requires a unique blend of passion, skill and leadership. As a Head Bartender at our esteemed hotel, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive excellence in every aspect of beverage service.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years experience in a high-end hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 2 years in a managerial role. A diploma graduate in Hospitality Management or equivalent is highly desirable. We are seeking an individual who excels in problem-solving and innovative thinking, with a team-oriented management style that fosters open communication and collaboration.

We value strong relationships across departments and with guests, as well as proficiency in F&B software/systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance. Expertise in beverage costing and cost control is also essential. Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and crafted mixed drinks is expected.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the bar, ensuring consistent delivery of refined and impeccable service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full beverage program, including cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, non-alcoholic selections, daily specials, and recommended pairings.
  • Ensure precise preparation, garnish, presentation, and service of all beverages in alignment with established standards.
  • Supervise inventory control, requisitions, par stock levels, and the proper maintenance of all bar equipment and work areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to coordinate service for in-house events, VIP guests, and special occasions.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate bar personnel to maintain service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 2 years in a managerial role.
