Head Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Beverage Leader to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the bar, ensuring refined and impeccable service delivery.


About this Role:

In this leadership position, you will drive collaboration, inspire your team, create a culture of excellence, and provide personalized service that captivates our guests.

  • Oversight of comprehensive beverage knowledge, including cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, non-alcoholic selections, daily specials, and recommended pairings.
  • Ensure precise preparation, garnish, presentation, and service of all beverages in alignment with established standards.
  • Supervise inventory control, requisitions, par stock levels, and the proper maintenance of all bar equipment and work areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to coordinate service for in-house events, VIP guests, and special occasions.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate bar personnel to maintain service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What You Bring:

We seek a candidate with:

  • Minimum 4 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably a Diploma graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or its equivalent.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, fostering a team-oriented management style with an emphasis on open communication.
  • Strong expertise in beverage costing and cost control.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and crafted mixed drinks.
