About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team as a Craft Beverage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare all beverages, including coffee and cocktails, following company guidelines and product manuals, with a deep understanding of the beverage industry and its trends.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and empathizing with customers to meet their needs.
  • Bar Management: Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar area and equipment are well-maintained and hygienic.
  • Stock Management: Handle stock management adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service staff and pastry counter assistants to ensure timely service.
  • Promotion: Present and promote products to enhance customer interest and sales.
  • Complaint Handling: Manage complaints, escalating to the manager as needed based on the customer type or situation.
  • Handover: Ensure proper handover to colleagues in the next shift or day.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
