Senior Speech Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, with expertise in assessment, intervention, and coaching/teaching.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of programs, policies, and procedures to promote best practice in speech therapy service provision. This will involve collaborating with other allied health professionals, recommending procurement and monitoring utilization of equipment and resource materials, and conducting performance reviews of speech therapists.
In addition to their clinical expertise, the Senior Speech Specialist will also be required to develop and deliver training on language and communication topics related to autism, as well as plan and deliver induction and orientation for new speech therapists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as Full Registrant
- At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in the same or related field including assessment, intervention, and coaching/teaching
- Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to serve the autism community and their families
