Job Summary:
The Medical Liaison Specialist will be responsible for translating medical information between English and Mandarin, as well as developing a strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly in the field of IVF and reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing and informational materials, including advertisements, brochures, leaflets, and pamphlets, between English and Chinese (Mandarin), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop a strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly in the field of IVF and reproductive medicine, to ensure precise and meaningful interpretation and translation that reflects the intended tone and content.
- Manage the storage of sperm, oocytes and embryos, such as implementing contract renewals, payment collection procedures and service recovery.
- Coordinate the transfer of gametes to and from our organization and its affiliates, ensuring proper documentation, timely logistics, and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients by introducing our services and branding, and providing basic information on IVF and infertility treatments.
