Singapore THE O&G SPECIALIST CLINIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**What will be the scope of work?**:

- Oversee daily tasks and workflow of junior nurses
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and onboarding for new nursing team members
- Stay updated with Ministry of Health (MoH) regulations and ensure relevant information is shared with the clinic team
- Deliver personalized patient services, including appointment scheduling, registration, medication dispensing, and billing
- Ensure high-quality patient care by providing education and support during fertility, IVF, and pregnancy journeys
- Assist doctors with chaperoning duties and minor clinical procedures
- Educate patients undergoing egg freezing, IVF treatments, or antenatal care
- Support doctors during procedures in operating theatres
- Manage administrative tasks such as responding to patient inquiries and coordinating with external healthcare teams and insurance companies
- Handle medical supplies and stock inventory, ensuring proper storage and timely ordering

- Nursing practitioner certificate is required.
