Culinary Leadership Role

A visionary culinary leader is sought to spearhead our Singapore-based culinary team.

As a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning and development, food preparation and cooking, staff management, quality control, inventory and cost management, collaboration and communication, and compliance and safety.

You will oversee all food preparation activities, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in taste and presentation. You will also recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, creativity and ability to develop innovative dishes, excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines, knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively within established parameters, manage inventory levels, and control food costs by implementing efficient ordering and wastage reduction measures.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service. You will also communicate special dietary requirements or customer preferences effectively to the kitchen team.

As a Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for conducting regular quality checks to ensure that dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and portion size. You will address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain food quality.

Our ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent certification and be financially savvy in cost management. They will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced environment.
