Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and users. You will work as part of a team that handles incoming requests, technical queries, and incidents.
  • You will be an escalation point for all requests and issue resolution, establishing ITIL best practices through the entire service desk support processes.
  • You will standardize and develop necessary guidance, process, and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation, and system monitoring.
  • You will work effectively and closely with Ops-Leads and Service Delivery Manager to promote a friendly climate and undertake ad hoc IT operation assignments and tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of Service Desk background with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Service-oriented personnel who can handle high-pressure environments.

About the Role
