Job Description:

As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to promote a positive and productive work environment.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, efficient, and able to multitask with ease. If you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, we would love to hear from you

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Candidate Profile: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Core Work Activities: Supporting management of front desk team; managing day-to-day operations; ensuring employee recognition and satisfaction
