Roles & Responsibilities

As an insurance executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Email servicing and enquiries support for the insurance team
  • Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based systems
  • Following up on new leads to secure new clientele
  • Generating quotes from insurers to support dealers
  • Generating daily sales reports
  • Generating monthly renewal lists to call and follow up
  • Preparing monthly reports such as tallying monthly sales against reported cases
  • Tallying warranty cases taken in and generating Excel reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum O'Levels or SPM qualification
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/ComGi/PGI) is preferred but not essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance administration
  • Telemarketing background with cold-call experience is desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong initiative and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and goal-oriented
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
