Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Associate (Intern) to join our dynamic team. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales development, content management, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify potential leads and assist with lead-generation initiatives through research, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
    • Support the sales development team with data entry, CRM updates, and lead follow-up.
    • Assist in creating outreach strategies, cold-call scripts, and email templates for prospect engagement.
  • Sales Marketing:
    • Develop high-quality content for digital marketing scaled campaigns.
    • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as presentations and infographics.
  • Event & Workshop Planning:
    • Assist in planning and organizing Zodia events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and pre/post-event communications.
    • Support workshop creation for educating partners and clients about our custody solutions.
    • Help facilitate attendee engagement and follow-up from events, tracking outcomes and feedback.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
    • Assist with data entry, report generation, and other ad-hoc tasks.
    Requirements
    • Undergraduate or master's student in Singapore.
    • Strong Interest in Digital Assets and an eagerness to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using social media platforms and tools like Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
    • Ability to proactively work independently and as part of a team.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
    • Singaporeans and permanent residents.
