DevOps Leader - Banking Solutions

You will lead the technical architecture and design phases for a modular, API-first retail and commercial banking solution. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to define solution blueprints, integration pathways, and ensure alignment between business requirements and scalable system designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural definition during the Discovery & Design phase.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture.
  • Design high-level and low-level architecture artifacts.
  • Work on AWS deployment architecture, data integration flows, security frameworks, and support UX and product teams by shaping architectural guardrails.
  • Collaborate with Integration Specialists, BAs, and DevOps teams to define MVP scope, API contracts, and Dev environments.
  • Participate in technical governance, estimation, and handover planning.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture roles, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS stack, APIs & microservices, data pipelines & reporting.
  • Proven delivery of discovery/design artifacts.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
  • An understanding of security, governance, and regulatory frameworks in banking systems.
