About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to achieve sales targets and assist in tendering for projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies set by the General Manager and the company, requiring you to be resourceful and committed to exceling in your role.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets and assist in tendering for projects
- Develop and execute plans and strategies set by the General Manager and the company
- Identify and prospect potential customers through regular visits and follow-ups
- Provide accurate and timely quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Minimum diploma in a construction-related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction industry
- Project-based sales experience is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
- 9am to 6pm working hours
