Job Title: Senior Bond Operations Specialist
About the Role:The role of a Senior Bond Operations Specialist is to provide high-level support for end-to-end processing of fixed income products, primarily bonds and repos. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of fixed income products, especially bonds and repos, as well as experience with trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Murex and/or Front Arena systems is a must.
- Understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Provide end-to-end operational support for fixed income products.
- Manage pre-settlement confirmations with counterparties.
- Execute trade validation for all bond/repo transactions against source documents in Murex and/or Front Arena.
- Liaise with internal departments or common depository for fixing/settlement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with banking, statutory, internal, and regulatory requirements.
A strong background in problem-solving and communication skills is highly desired.
Familiarity with pre-settlement processes and trade confirmations is also an advantage.
