About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Precision Mold Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality molds and ensuring that they meet our rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Polishing inserts as per drawing requirements to achieve SPI B1~A1 quality
• Assembling whole molds, jigs, and fixtures
• Troubleshooting new mold, risk run, jig, and fixture problems
• Supporting new mold and Risk Run departments
• Ensuring job quality meets requirements for testing and production
• Observing correct working methods
• Meeting on-time delivery schedules
• Maintaining Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency as per KPI requirements
• Ensuring good housekeeping in work areas
• Practicing Hi-P culture at all times

Requirements:
• GCE 'O' Level or NTC qualification
• Relevant working experience of 2 years or more
