Manufacturing Engineer Job

Our company has nearly 40 years of experience in providing one-stop solutions for precision plastic parts in the medical industry.

The Manufacturing Engineer role is key to enhancing quality, efficiency, and innovation in injection molding processes.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to improve quality and output of mold components.
  • Optimize mold operation parameters and ensure manufacturing tolerances are consistently met.
  • Monitor the condition of molds and related equipment, and prepare periodic status reports.
  • Support the design team in developing automated processes for increased efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to mold fabrication, tooling, and production, while providing clear recommendations.
  • Participate in the validation of machines and molds to ensure cost and quality targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors, optimizing mold operation parameters, monitoring mold conditions, supporting design teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in machine validations.

For this role, we require a diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, preferably in Tool & Die, Metal Fabrication, or equivalent.

Candidates should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a related manufacturing or production environment, with strong foundation in precision engineering and a keen eye for quality.

Applicants must be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable individuals who can work independently.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as comfort using Microsoft Office and other basic technical tools, are essential for success in this role.
