We are looking for a skilled Repair Workflow Coordinator to join our team at TSTAR Recruit Pte Ltd. As an Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating with workshop teams to allocate repair orders based on skillset and specialization.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with workshop teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Track and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and servicing, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
- Provide repair status updates to service reception teams for efficient customer communication.
- Ensure cost estimates for additional repairs are communicated promptly to service advisors for approval.
- Oversee workflow in the workshop to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with external service providers for subcontracted repair work.
- Manage tracking and return of items sent for off-site repairs.
- Prepare and maintain necessary reports to ensure timely completion of repairs.
 
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
- Familiarity with automotive repairs and service workshop operations.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 
Working Conditions:
- 5.5 day work week.
