Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of materials and components required for maintenance and repair operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update shipping lists through Thales' in-built software to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of repairs.
  • Coordinate closely with Material Planners to communicate resources availability to the Customer Experience Team, who will manage allocation based on customer priority.
  • Adjust and prioritize shipping list schedules based on urgency, resource availability, and any unforeseen issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, or coordinating repairs in a technical or production environment.
  • Experience using inventory management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) in an aviation or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to forecast inventory needs and monitor performance metrics.
