Director of Creative Leadership

The role of Head of Design requires a seasoned leader with experience in managing high-performing design teams. As the key driver of design outcomes and product quality, you will partner with senior leadership to shape and scale the overall strategic direction and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities include defining design outcomes, co-owning product strategy, leading design teams, mentoring and developing team members, collaborating with senior leaders, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, and advocating for quality across the organization.
Key accomplishments include driving impactful experiences that drive business forward, shaping the design practice by establishing the value of people-centricity, and getting buy-in for new product ideas and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years experience managing high performing design teams.
- Exceptional understanding of user experience design for the web and mobile.
- Extensive leadership experience on cross-functional product teams.
- Experience managing User Research, Service Design, UX Writing or Design Operations.
This is an onsite position based in Grab Singapore's One North office. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as collaboration with experienced professionals in the industry.
