The company is looking for a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to lead the corporate video production team on a part-time basis. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video production, possess a creative mindset, and be adept at managing teams and projects.Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of video production, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements, developing creative concepts for videos, and leading a team of creative professionals such as videographers, editors, and sound designers. You will be tasked with ensuring that production deadlines are met, projects are delivered on time and within budget, and conducting regular team meetings to review progress and brainstorm ideas.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in video production, particularly in corporate video production. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, a creative mindset, and technical expertise in video production software and equipment are essential.
