Now Comms Asia is hiring We are looking for an outstanding and an enthusiastic leader to join our ever-growing team for projects across Asia Pacific.

A Creative Director must be able to interpret business requirements and clients’ briefs quickly and translates them to a refined, elegant and creative solutions. Often working with fairly tight deadlines while leading multiple projects from concepts to completion, its requires strong supervisory, people management and leadership skills to lead and inspire the creative teams. Able to pitch ideas confidentially, presenting creative vision clearly to clients and stakeholders.

As an experienced creative leader, you know how to have an impact on your team and the ability to ensure every project reaches its potential, from agile responses to online, to bigger concepts born from cultural trends.

The Creative Director must also be able to collaboratively translate marketing plans and drive strategic thought leadership to create innovative, inspiring and flexible digital creative visions.

**Responsibilities**
- You lead and demonstrate resiliency in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where great ideas and opportunities happen fast n requires flexibility
- Lead a team to design and present creative concepts to increase company exposure and generate sales
- You conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and translates ideas into actionable plans
- You are a hands-on creative, with outstanding leadership and organisation skills
- You have a strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives, establishes budgets and manages client relationship
- Ensuring Brand Identity and message consistency across channels

**Qualifications**
- A proven track record of success in event, digital and social campaigns
- 8 to 10 years of experience, to show you are ahead of your peers
- Strong Portfolio - you demonstrate originality and innovation thinking through your work
- Taking initiatives and pro-actively sharing new ideas to push forward and go beyond
- Ensure the diligent maintenance of client brand standards in all Creative and Production executions
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills in order to make outstanding pitches
- An awareness of current trends in advertising and design
- A self-starting attitude and an open outlook
- Resilience under pressure and against deadlines
