  • As a Master Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by rotating between various sections to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in food preparation.
  • You will uphold high kitchen standards by enforcing proper sanitation, equipment care, recipe accuracy, and stock availability.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing flexible coverage across the team during peak periods, staff absences, or special events to ensure seamless service.

You will report directly to the Executive Chef and work closely with other senior culinary leaders to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations while maintaining brand standards and local policies.

">Responsibilities:">
  • Participate in menu planning and costing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food costs and production levels to meet forecast demands, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency.
  • Supervise and develop team members through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends, to make informed recommendations for kitchen operations.
  • Conduct on-the-job training, assist in developing new recipes, and participate in special events and promotions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will demonstrate awareness of workplace safety and health policies and procedures, ensure all tasks are conducted safely, and initiate action to correct hazardous situations.

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of culinary experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification in Food Safety Level 1 or higher.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
