Front Desk Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients upon arrival, confirming appointments, handling client bookings, check-ins, and payments.
You will also respond to client inquiries and provide information about spa services, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, assist in managing client records and appointment schedules, and coordinate therapists' schedules and support daily spa operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: You must be proficient in using office software and booking systems.
- Language Skills: Language skills (English, Mandarin) are a plus.
