Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technical talent across various levels. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sourcing skills and expertise to drive the recruitment lifecycle forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage multiple pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, and referrals to find and engage technical talents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis and share market intelligence to business leaders.
  • Candidate Communication: Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or similar discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience for junior position or 3 years for senior position performing talent sourcing in a high-volume environment.
  • Research/Sourcing Tools: Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn, and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
