**Job Overview**Migrating content from the existing LEARN DC system to a new platform is a crucial task for our team. This role involves collaborating with technical experts to ensure a seamless transition and troubleshooting any migration issues that may arise.We are seeking a talented individual who can provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform. Effective communication with clients is also essential to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering additional duties to support the ILT team in its transition effort as needed. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with designing and using Learning Management Systems (LMS), strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
  • Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Deliver any other duties to support the ILT team in its transition effort as and when the need arises.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Working Hours:

42 hours per week

6 months contract
