Job Title: Temporary Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated temporary staff to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating content from our existing learning management system (LMS) to a new platform.

  • Migrate content from the existing LMS to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
  • Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Deliver other duties as required to support our instructional design team in its transition effort.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
