Content Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated temporary staff to migrate content from our existing learning management system (LMS) to a new platform.
- Migrate content with accuracy and completeness ensuring transferred data is precise and reliable.
- Collaborate with the technical team for smooth transition, troubleshooting any migration issues that arise.
- Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting in troubleshooting technical issues on the new platform.
- Communicate effectively with clients understanding their needs providing timely solutions.
- Deliver other duties supporting the instructional design team in its transition effort.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
- Strong technical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
Benefits:
