Content Migration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
  • Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
