Job Description As an Insurance Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for obtaining quotations for new and existing client insurance policies, answering client queries promptly, and processing insurance policies. You will develop and maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and evaluating customer needs accurately. Additionally, you will handle administrative duties such as data administration, phone calls, emails, and other tasks assigned by your manager.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a sales-related position, such as telemarketing, contact centre, or sales executive. You must possess strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, as well as a positive attitude and client-centric service orientation. You should also be meticulous and able to handle confidential information while effectively communicating with clients and colleagues.
