Unlocking Innovation Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Innovation Brand Manager.

This role will be responsible for contributing to the development of innovation ideas within our Global Markets Group.

The successful candidate will work closely with commercial sales teams, distributors, international marketing, GMS, and R&D teams to identify new opportunities across our portfolio of brands.

Innovation Strategy & Ideation:

  • Supports the commercial team in identifying new opportunities across our portfolio of brands.
  • Owns the APAC innovation 5-year road map and organizes ideation forums as needed.
  • Partners with GMS teams and contract manufacturers to understand existing capabilities and translate them into new business opportunities.
  • Stays informed about category trends and advancements and assists in formulating future development trends.
  • Analyzes category trends, competitive deep dives, and portfolio analyses to drive business revenue and profitability.
  • Develops strong innovation concepts and qualifies them to determine overall appeal, differentiation, and purchase intent.
  • Consolidates innovation ideas and shares them with key stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing, distributors, International Marketing, and GMS teams.

Innovation Implementation:

  • Kickstarts innovation by implementing the Vetting & Charter process.
  • Works with stakeholders to roll-out innovation meetings and ensure on-time-in-full delivery.
  • Performs risk assessments to minimize project risks and provides solutions to manage impact to launches.
  • Partners with Global & Regional Marketing teams and distributors to develop packaging briefs and execute packaging development.
  • Supports the roll-out of innovation with distributors in-market to ensure strong sell-in.
  • Tracks ROI measurements for all marketing activities & NPDs to determine performance vs planned goals.
